Scope and contact

TrainingEZ is a WordPress software product operated by Business Excellence Support Team (BEST), Pakistan. This notice covers our product website, customer support and software licensing relationship. For privacy questions or requests, contact manager@trainingez.com.

Information used to provide the service

When you contact support, we receive the contact details, message and diagnostic information you choose to provide. Please remove participant information, passwords, payment credentials and license keys from attachments. We use support information to answer your request, investigate product issues and maintain the customer relationship.

Our website hosting and WordPress installation may process technical request information, including IP addresses, browser details, timestamps and security logs, to serve and protect the website. WordPress sign-in uses cookies where an account is used.

Checkout and licensing through Freemius

Freemius handles Pro checkout, payments, subscriptions, invoices, license delivery and update services as our reseller and Merchant of Record. Checkout opens a Freemius service and is subject to its privacy policy and terms. Freemius may share customer, order, subscription and license information with us for fulfilment and support. We do not collect card numbers or security codes in our theme.

The plugin includes the Freemius SDK. Its connection and activation screens describe the information and permissions involved, including site/plugin details needed for licensing and updates and optional diagnostic information. Free training management does not require a commercial license.

Training records on your WordPress installation

Courses, participant profiles, registrations, payments and attendance are stored on the WordPress installation where you run TrainingEZ. Installing the plugin does not give our team access to your participant database. You are responsible for your organisation’s participant notices, permissions, access controls and retention choices.

If your organisation enables email campaigns or tracking, it must provide appropriate notices and respect consent and opt-outs. Mail providers, hosting, video resources and other services you configure have their own privacy practices. Do not send us a production database as a routine support attachment.

Retention, service providers and requests

We retain customer and support information for the time reasonably needed to provide the service, handle requests, keep required transaction records and resolve disputes. Hosting, email and commerce providers may process information for these purposes and may operate outside your country. Freemius describes its processing and retention separately in its privacy policy.

Contact manager@trainingez.com to request access, correction or deletion of information we hold about you. We may need to verify your identity and retain information required for legal, accounting or security purposes. For records held by a training organiser on its own installation, contact that organiser directly.
